The project depicts free falling from the height of 9 meters that is similar to diving or jumping into water, but instead of water the earth swallows the artist. While preparing for the action I had to go through a special training that consisted of rope climbing and water jumping. A hole was dug in the earth and filled with carton boxes. The surface was covered with grass to hide the hole. The action was accompanied by a special sound synchronous with falling and vanishing into the earth. The project is dedicated to my dead brother.
